However, if there's one thing that the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us, it's the importance of slowing down and taking care of ourselves. If you can't go outside, it's time to go inside. Moreover in todays world everybody wants to look great from outside, but inside they are all hollow.

Going inside doesn't necessarily mean staying indoors all the time. Rather, it's about taking the time to reflect on ourselves, our thoughts, and our emotions.

Here are some ways to go inside and take care of yourself:

1.Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and focusing on your thoughts and emotions. By practicing mindfulness, you can learn to manage stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions.

2.Meditate: Meditation is another great way to go inside and focus on your thoughts and emotions. It's a simple practice that involves sitting quietly and focusing on your breath.

3.Read: Reading is a great way to go inside and escape the stresses of everyday life. Whether you prefer fiction or non-fiction, reading can help you relax and recharge.

4.Journal: Journaling is a powerful way to go inside and reflect on your thoughts and emotions. By writing down your thoughts and feelings, you can gain a better understanding of yourself and your needs.

5.Connect with others: Although it may be difficult to connect with others in person right now, there are still ways to connect virtually. Whether it's through video calls or messaging, connecting with others can help you feel less isolated and more supported.

6.Learn a new skill: Learning a new skill is a great way to go inside and focus on yourself. Whether it's learning to play an instrument, cooking a new recipe, or taking an online course, learning something new can help you feel more fulfilled and engaged.

Even Buddha taught us " Peace is within oneself is to be found in the same place as agitation and suffering. It's not found in a forest or on a hill top, nor is it given by a teacher, where you experience suffering, you can also find freedom from suffering.

Importance of planning is understood by everyone, whether it be personal or professional. It involves setting targets and developing a roadmap to achieve those targets. When we have a plan in place, we can stay focused and work towards our objectives systematically.

Setting targets is the first step in creating a plan. We need to define what we want to achieve, whether it be a short-term or long-term goal. We should make sure that our targets are (SMART)Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound . For example, if our goal is to lose weight, we can set a target of losing 5 pounds in a month by exercising five times a week and following a healthy diet.

Once we have set our targets, we need to create a plan of action to achieve them. This plan should include the steps we need to take, the resources we require, and the timeline we need to follow. We can break down our plan into smaller, manageable tasks to make it more achievable.

It is important to regularly review our plan and targets to ensure we are on track. We can make adjustments as necessary and identify any obstacles or challenges that may arise. We should also celebrate our successes and milestones along the way to keep ourselves motivated.

Having a plan and targets not only helps us achieve our goals, but it also gives us direction and purpose. It helps us stay organized and focused, and we are more likely to succeed when we have a clear vision of what we want to achieve.

By creating a plan of action and breaking it down into smaller tasks, we can stay focused and work towards our objectives systematically. Regularly reviewing our progress and celebrating our successes along the way can keep us motivated and on track.

Thus by regular practicing on our emotions and thoughts. We became so strong that even failures are taken as ways to learn for next opportunities.

In conclusion, if you can't go outside, it's time to go inside. By taking the time to reflect on ourselves, our thoughts, and our emotions, we can learn to manage stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions. And give our soul and body a meaningful life.
