Freedom and Democracy, the two statements go hand-in-hand. And yes you read it right "Statement". Both of these statements are used very casually used in the whole world but they have a deep connection in the formulation and evolution of each country's present and future.
INDIA: The largest democracy in the world, today celebrates its freedom festival as INDEPENDENCE Day. This was a hard-earned fruit watered with mass movements, Mahatma Gandhi's and Neta ji's beacon of light and freedom fighter's sweat & blood. So as the current architect of this nation, we had to witness the fulfilment of our life’s ambition and participate in this victory that had crowned the nation’s struggle for freedom. The free flag of India is also the symbol of freedom and democracy.
"A Tryst With Destiny"
This tryst was redeemed on 15 August 1947 with substantial independence. It also ushered competence to formulate our destiny. So, with this independence, we as youth have the vigour to live up to our potential and be the very best version of ourselves. This nation thrives not only on achievements but the diverse collectiveness ingrained in the piece of land.
"Building Future We All Trust"
Future is a concept that everyone perceives differently with their imagination. What makes any future into today's reality will be the culmination of the cumulative actions taken by us. India was perceived to have achieved freedom from the First War of independence: 1857. To fulfill this dream, they took cumulative actions such as mass movements, revolts, and peaceful protests. Such actions culminate into formation of the "REPUBLIC OF INDIA". This proves that the future we perceive can be fulfilled with current ventures.
"Our Freedom Meaning"
In 1947, independence meant to be free from colonial rule. As we progress our meaning of independence also evolved. we are now in a techno world where India's value system & culture have to catch up with fast-paced life. We are in the midst of shaping India's future. We had to be in consonance with development in all parts of life be it financial, social, or spiritual.
So, on this 78th independence day, you decide what this independence means to you. Will it be of kaleidoscopic variety which has a rich cultural heritage and aims to achieve all-round socio-economic progress, or will it be an unrestrained freedom leading to materialistic gains?
