Updated: Jul 21

We are about to complete the first quarter of this millennium, With 62.5% of India’s working population between 15 to 59 years, we have a huge demographic dividend which has the potential to take current world into a innovative, prosperous and multiverse world.

Skills required in corporate world

Skill ?

Skill is often defined as an ability to do anything well or trained to do a particular task. Skill is often associated with acquired learning but we humans have a innate nature to learn and adapt as per our environment. Today our environment is digitized and automated and our young generation have adapted so well that today we Indians are the most powerful technologists in Silicon Valley.

As we recently celebrated world skill day on 15 July, we need to reflect on the skills we have and what we aspire to achieve. Skills are not the just the means to get a job but rather the harbinger of the innovations, creative thinking and even bring the revolution such as Ajay bhatt who is a pioneer in today's digitized world for USB-standards.

Working for the better future

Someone beautifully said about skill and i summarize here as "Skills are not merely technical competencies: they encompass creativity, problem-solving abilities, communication aptitude and most importantly resilience to adapt to changing circumstances"

In my opinion, today we youth are at the pivotal juncture in our lives where everyday we learn new lessons and every skill acquired will pave the way for our future endeavors. So with this synergy i urge everyone to propel forward in your pursuit of career excellence.
