Being alone or feeling alone- what's your mental state?

We all experience loneliness at one time or another. It is not just a feeling; it is a state of mind. Loneliness is a state of mind in which a person wants to connect with another person but still feels isolated.


But loneliness is not simply being alone all the time. It also happens in a group of people. Where the difference between being alone and feeling alone occurs is in the individual's mind.

Being alone or staying alone may be a person's choice too. For the sake of his inner peace, he can stay by himself if his mind is upset or if he wants a break from his busy schedule.


During our busy schedules, this break is necessary for us to maintain our internal peace. Feeling alone is an attitude or state of mind that a person can adopt willingly or unwillingly in their lives.

There are certain situations that lead to this state of mind such as continuous failures, heartbreak, someone who has left us for another person, and many more. Occasionally, we feel left out when seated with a group of people; this happens mainly to school and college students.


This is because they find it difficult to make any friends or the other person is not accepting them.


So, here are some ways to come out of this situation

Move on: You may hear this term many times in your daily routine. Most people say that getting out of a situation is not easy. Many challenges await you and you have to deal with them mentally to get through them.


However, one must move on from that state of affairs. Whether it's heartbreak or failure, you have to learn to let go of things in your life. There is something more profound about you that God has made, not the person or things you are crying for.

Indulge yourself in other activities: One should include themselves in other activities such as dancing, reading, cooking, singing, or anything else that brings them joy.


You must do activities that make your spirit and your soul happy. In addition to these activities, yoga is an excellent way for you to stay in touch with yourself and be healthy as well.

Use of mobile in loneliness

Learn new things: You must learn new things in your life to grow and to stay busy. You can gain knowledge of many things such as dancing, cooking, baking etc. With these kinds of activities you will stay busy and motivated.


Meet with new people: while walking outside or traveling to different places you must talk with random people. You can ask them general questions like where are you from?, What's your name?


Meeting various people in this way will allow you to learn something interesting about their lifestyles, cultures, accomplishments and failures etc.


Pray to your God: One of the most meaningful and precious things you can do every single day is pray to your God. He will provide you with the solution to every problem that you face in your life. Don't forget to thank God for everything he has given you in your life.

Loneliness is a problem in this world that is faced by many people. These are some activities that will act as medicine for the problems you are experiencing.
